A customer number and secure password will be provided, and you will be trained by one of our customer service representatives on how to use the online portal. - When can expect my order?
NPAIC provides same day shipping for all stocked orders. We also offer scheduled shipping and will release your print products as you request. - How do I upload an art file?
Art files can be uploaded to our FTP site, instructions can be provided by simply calling or e-mailing one of our customer service representatives.
